I have this exact same problem. Everything seem to be set up, but the ‘Return to Woocommerce Integration’ doesn’t do anything (it’s in grey – not sure if it should be blue) even after setting up all three integrations (Facebook, Instagram & FB Messenger).

Is there a solution to this yet?

So I solved my problem. It seems to have (most probably) occured during the migration of the site.

The value of ‘woocommerce_helper_data’ should be an array, and upon first inspection does appear to be a serialised array. I ended up ‘rebuilding’ the serialised data as an array variable in php and then outputting that array as serialised:

$str = serialize($array);
    $strenc = urlencode($str);
    print $str . "\n";
    print $strenc . "\n";

i then took the output from this and copied/pasted it back into the MySQL field over the top of what was clearly corrupted data in phpMyAdmin. Problem solved.

One of the sites that has a problem only sells tickets online; there is no shipping (not sure how that relates or not to ‘shipping details’ @astridleather)

Has anyone actually got a response from either Woocommerce or PayPal? This is a major problem for lots of people across different versions of Woocommerce…

It seems that the filter on line 75 of class-groups-post-access.php for ‘the_content’ is interfering with this. I’ve commented out the filter, and the problem goes away (I’m assuming some functionality is removed in the process, but it’s not anything that I use)

Hmm, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to find that the plugin thinks it’s still authorised, even though I’ve now changed the client secret.

I would expect that if you change the credentials in the plugin, authorisation should be reset? I’m wondering whether this has something to do with the ‘Invalid Credentials’ problem that is cropping up. Tried to have quick look through MySQL to see if I could find a ‘flag’ that I could reset manually, but after a few mins looking for the ‘obvious’ things only foud the creditial fields themselves so no joy there.

Ok, some slight progress in that oAuth is now asking for permissions to manage my calendar (rather than just offline access) when using with a fresh new project.

However, when going to import, I’m getting the follow error:

Just have installed the new version and not getting anything to import! ??

After authorising and going to the ‘Google >> Woo’ Menu, hitting the ‘Import’ button does nothing except then display the ‘Connect Me’ link above it. ??

@maurice_jager Try changing the name of the folder from /google-api-php-client-master to just /google-api-php-client – This is what the code in the plugin is looking for. (you should at least able to authorise the app then)

I’ll let you know if I get any further with the actual import problem…
