Cheers, Tony. Thanks for the detailed response. I do use Patreon, but I also allow my listeners to “sponsor” songs. In other words, when they make a request they donate a couple bucks via Paypal to help pay for the purchase of the music. It’s not the end of the world if it’s not possible, I just thought I would try to make further use of that page. ??

I tried the Twenty-Seventeen and Twenty-Sixteen themes and neither worked. I also had all other plugins disabled when I tried these two themes.

Disabled Advanced CPT Integration was already checked so I tried it with that option both checked and unchecked.

Hi there. Thanks for your response. I tried what you suggested and it did not fix the issue. I also tried disabling all other plugins to see if it might be a plugin conflict and I also tried switching to a theme that I know is compatible with BD and that didn’t work either. I would appreciate any further suggestions.

I looked in the database and it seems like the settings ARE changed in the database, however, they don’t show as being changed in the dashboard and they don’t show on the popup itself when the site is loaded.

I did as you asked. No debug.log file appears and the settings do not save. Is there a way to change the settings through the database as a short-term fix?

Hello,

Today, when I went to the dashboard was a sit should be. I activated the console and made some settings changes and saved them. No errors listed in the Java console. When to the next settings tab, made a few more changes and saved them. No Java errors. Went back to the Design settings and they had all reverted back.

I then switched to the twenty-Seventeen theme and tried the same steps. No errors from the java console and the settings all reverted again.

Another note: The Content settings do save. The Design and Display Settings tab do not save.

Thank you for your help. The issue with the revolution slider covering the popup has been fixed.

The other issue still persists. I deactivated all plugins, made changes to the popup, clicked Save, clicked Continue, made more changes to the popup, clicked Save then Finish and when I went back all the changes had reverted.

I did not have a cache plugin installed, but I did install the Varnish HTTP Purge plugin to purge the Varnish cache, but it still didn’t fix the issue.

Please advise.

No plugins that control or override logins.

Let me explain the process that I undertook to move the site:

The original site was on another host that was infected with Malware and they were very little help in getting it straightened out. So I moved to a new host.

I had a backup of the site including the database.

I installed a fresh WP install on the new host

I logged in to the fresh install and restored from Updraft Plus

Problem is that the old table prefix was wp_ and the new database was something different.

I changed wp_config so that the table prefix was wp_ which made the site accessible but of course the original login for the fresh install didn’t work but neither did the logins from the imported database.
