Mine still does not work. I have just updated to 5.5 and no love…..

I can see the company image logo when I am editing the invoice in the Jetpack backend. but if I download, send or view PDF there is no image. it says image not found or type unknown……… the image is found here https://churchvantage.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/churchVantage1.png

I have tried png and jpg without any success. not sure whats going on here but its impacting my business – any assistance is appreciated.

I have the same issue and 5.4.2 does not fix it. Can anyone else confirm they saw improvement with 5.4.2?

Is there anything I can look at in relation to this issue? I want to use this plugin for several churches and would purchase the “agency” license but need to make sure I understand what’s going on with this first as well as if this will be supported into the future.

Thank you Bruna, I did try that before upgrading and will keep that in mind . Im glad things are fixed! Mail Poet rocks!

Just FYI that both my prod site that was NOT exhibiting the issue and my dev site which WAS were both on 5.7.1 .

I updated both to 5.7.2 last night EST time and low and behold the issue with Mail Poet 3 on the dev site was fixed.
