It’s the “Phone Numbers” feature under Events > Settings > General. Deactivating it solved the problem for me.

There is custom code on the site that creates entries for a specific Gravity Form. Although the Activate Honeypot Anti-Spam checkbox is NOT checked for this form, this form creation process is blocked by WP Armour. Is there a way to allow form creation by programming on the site itself?
