Ideally you should also change the keys when you switch the mode. Can you login to your sandbox merchant account (https://sandbox.dashboard.sezzle.com/merchant) and verify the keys that you have while sandbox mode is enabled are correct?

Support has been added in the new version 5.0.3.

Can you share us the full file for the fatal-errors and sezzle-pay log? Would be beneficial if the logs are from the date when you think customer has faced issue while checking out with Sezzle.

HPOS is an experimental feature as of now. We have not looked at it yet thoroughly yet but we plan to explore moving forward. We will update once we support this feature. Thanks.

Are you seeing any issues in the checkout/order flow when Sezzle payment option is selected? If yes, can you reach out to [email protected] and provide the details regarding the affected WooCommerce order IDs and Sezzle reference IDs?

May be you should not get a 500 here but it seems like refunds are not processed due of lack of funds in your corresponding account. For more details, would suggest reaching out to your account manager or at [email protected]. Thanks.

Did you verify that the issue does not exist when Sezzle is turned off?
