You can see why I was dumping the breadcrumbs that were included in the theme. ??

Oh, yes, I had a ID, I thought the documentation said I could assign the ID. I changed it to “Member number” and the import worked!

Yes, thanks. I have already read that and I do have the correct configuration.

As I mentioned, I suspect this is related to the fact that the gmail account for the reCaptcha is not the same as the WordPress settings account or the Contact Form SMTP account.

Any other ideas?

The form is just the email address and submit to subscribe (purple box). I currently have captcha off so that people can subscribe.

Thank you. It is in fact the orange border “spam” message. I don’t use akismet. There is NO SPAM MESSAGE unless I enable reCaptcha3, so it seems that is causing it. Not sure how to resolve here except by disabling reCaptcha…. any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Hello, yes, resolved, thank you! Your response told me the issues was something unrelated to the plugin, and so I dug deeper.

The problem was that the editor had inadvertently switched from “Detail View” to “Icon View” in the ML. The checkboxes to select the media are more difficult to see and didn’t match the documentation I wrote up. I revised the instructions to include this image, and we’re all set.
