Thank you for the detailed response. I will most likely be removing CF7 shortly, since Forminator seems to be a much richer package (I love the availability of Conditional Logic!).

I’m sorry…I never saw your message. (Too much email coming in!)

The extensions used, in addition to CF7 itself, are:

Contact Form 7 Spam Killer, Contact Form CFDB7, Honeypot for Contact Form 7, and ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7. (At one point, we were having a serious issue with spam submissions.)

I am hoping I can delete some of those extensions!

The S1-length may be a left-over from when the form was originally created in CF-7. The [S1-Handouts ] is also from that same source.

On the email received, the first few fields are present, up until the field for Proposal 1Name. None of the entries beyond that point are visible, although the labels show up.

Thank you for your prompt (and detailed) response. I will have to see if I can implement it. I don’t usually go into the WP file structure, since I am not the server administrator.

Maybe it could be considered a feature request? A way to add custom titles, and an option to not include any title?

I reached out to the person who handles the hosting. The problem had to do with the entry in the “From” email address. I have now been able to send and receive a test email.

I was thinking it might have something to do with the SMTP, but I tried sending a simple form from the other form-builder. (Contact From 7). It took about 2 and a half hours to be received, but it did finally come through. So now I don’t know if it is an SMTP issue, or something else.
