I contacted your support, but there was no help for me. It just said that you could not find my website in your database and asked when I had installed the plugin. Then the e-mail communication was interrupted despite my asking what to do.
It seems that you do not really want to help non-paying customers. Really a pity. You should never forget that a “free version” customer could become a premium customer after all.
And why the status was set to solved I did not quite understand either. Nothing is solved, nothing at all! Thanks anyway!
