@aixos I would get the same emailed error response from WordPress when someone would attempt to use the cancellation feature in their confirmation email. I believe that has been fixed in the newest update.

I checked that out Link. That allows me to change the main schedule for a limited time. I want to allow only 1 service to override the general timetable.

I still have not been able to fix this. I’m not sure if it’s fixed in the new version, but given the comments, I’m not comfortable upgrading yet.

Are you talking about the actual booking form where they select your services? That’s installed when you install the plugin.

What documentation do you have / did you use to set up Twilio with this plugin? I’ve had a hell of a time setting it up. I had Twilio Tech support remote in and they couldn’t figure it out.

I know this may sound basic, but have you made sure that the ‘Google Calendar Status’ is switched to ‘Enabled’? I only say this because I ran into a problem with my google calendar sync and that fixed it.

The only work around I have found is to allow for guest bookings. Before each person had an account created for them so they could manage cancellations on their own. Now they can book but no account is created.

This plug in is awesome, I am learning more about it as I use it more. Some bugs that keep me from going pro but it might be something I do in the future.

What of this would I need to edit to make it match my domain and the specific services I want to have preload?

I also already have the “Change Order” checkbox checked.

Sorry, this isn’t an answer, but I was wondering something similar. Would it be possible to limit a SERVICE to only be booked a certain number of times a day? I know I can limit the booking times (Ie; Service A can only be booked between 12pm and 2pm)

Was this fixed yet? I had a similar issue until I checked the Duration section of my Services area. When I imported from another site, a 10-minute service uploaded as 10:00 in Salon Booking. 10:00 equals 10 hrs, not 10 minutes. Just a suggestion to look in to. Hope it helps.
