Yes, I did all that. I’ve been successful cloning using your plugin but for some reason this one website gives me that old URL problem. Anyway, I’ll have to try it again on a different URL and make sure the slate is totally clean before installing. Thanks.

Yes, I cleared by cache just to be sure. Even when I forced it by typing in the URL in the string the email I got would still go to the old URL.

Thanks for the tip on Wp_options table (using PHP My Admin in Cpanel for anyone reading this)

Also, I cloned it in a paid subscription program but will try it again later to save a few bucks. Even though I created a new sql database every time would deleting the WP installation make a difference? This is the installation when you click on the WordPress icon in the Cpanel and see all your WP installs listed at the top of the page.
