The only way i found was to change on line 195 (file:/wp-admin/includes/export.php)
<title><?php echo apply_filters('the_title_rss', $post->post_title); ?></title>
for
<title><?php echo $post->post_title; ?></title>
Anyhing else less barbarian ?
