Yes we doing such sessions ( with users without WPML knowledge ) and already improved a lot of things. Also we’re always working on improving texts but as you also noticed users in most cases not reading them… so we also trying to improve workflow to make users life easier

About your example – I’ll create a ticket to improve this text. Also we will be appreciated if you will provide more examples where you think users have problems and we will check them.

in next version “wcml_settings_ui_after_default” action will be available which you can use to show additional settings

To save your settings you can use own function or hook into “wcml_settings” option

I have added wcml_emails_section_name_to_translate filter for section name to next WCML 4.6.6 version

Also about missing string translations can you please tell me which Gateway are you using and which details are not translated? Because I have tested on Bacs gateway and string displays correctly to me.
