Mine too just stopped working, uninstalled and embedded the code into the Header/Footer plugin instead, not ideal but at least it minimises plugins.

Actually, I’ve just found that the Checkbox object automatically returns the added up value of all checkboxes if you assign a numerical value to it – very cool!

Just add that I’ve inserted a numerical figure for the ‘Value’ of each checkbox so that I can use that as the price.

Hi Andrea, you’re aware of my ticket and I’ve just implemented the test plugin that you’ve sent to me, so far so good – I’ll keep monitoring it and let you know this weekend if all has been stable.

Really need an ETA for this fix, we’re weeks now beyond first report and I am desperate for a fix. I have temporarily disabled your plugins and have had to use an alternative plugin…

Andrea I would also like my renewal extended for the period of time since reporting this issue to getting resolution as I have effectively not been able to use the plugin and have even lost quite some traffic from paid promotions due to the site being unavailable.

I’m running PHP 7.0, but the change in PHP memory made no difference to this issue.

Andrea, when will this issue be fixed and the new plugin version released?

When will the updated plugin be available? I’m desperate and have had to disable yours until update.

Many Dreamhost sites utilise Cloudflare as it is easy to enable, perhaps that could be related?

This issue started once the last major update so if you’re to investigate start with your own changelog…

No we’re not all on shared hosting, I have a dedicated VPS with plenty of resource.

In addition, the increase that you suggested to the PHP memory made no difference at all, red herring.

I tried disabling the Facebook share icon temporarily, but the Error 500 issue still arises. I have checked with Dreamhost and they have confirmed that my PHP limit was set to 90mb but that they have increased it to 120mb, so I will see how it goes now.

But this isn’t really a solution – are you still working on the root cause of the excessive memory utilisation? Ultimately this shouldn’t be a particularly complex plugin?

@nkohler, could you ask your host to check the error logs to see if you’re seeing similar errors? My site is high traffic and this is really causing quite a headache.

Yep I’ve got exactly the same issue and it is driving me and my visitors insane – it has only started since the last few plugin updates.

I raised a support case with them and they don’t seem to have a clue, I’m quite pissed off to be honest, especially as I have paid for this plugin…

Its broomstickbristol.co.uk/pricing-test/, but I have inserted some style code to resolve the issue into the top of the post? Overall, the form didn’t feel very ‘mobile friendly’, but I totally appreciate if its theme related.
