    Dear Moderator

I’ve decided to take a different route with this theme. Kindly delete my earlier post which includes a website link.

    Thanks.

    Hello Jeff,

    Here’s the link:
Thanks for the follow-up: Notice that ‘Post’ pages are narrow.
These include those identified as: “places to visit” and two others under ‘Main
    Menu’ i.e. “visitors”.

Content and Layout is pending ‘Post’ width issue. Only ‘Home’ page is live.

Another issue I had was signing into WordPressOrg.
When I would enter my regular email, it would indicate that I had an account. And if I indicated ‘lost password’ I never received a link to update (not even in my Spam Folder). So, I created a Gmail address and was accepted (but not one I check as often).

If you don’t mind, I’m holding off a couple of days as your question has prompted me to make some changes in SEO metabox for title and meta description.

This is what I have ‘Now’ in the “Home” section:
    Site Title: %%site_title%%
    Meta Description: %%tagline%%

To re-phrase my question: A search on Google does not bring up the Google Preview Snippet I’ve set for the home page – just a listing of my post page categories i.e. Walking Tours / See the city /…etc

My homepage has the Elementor Slider with three ‘feature’ images taken from three ‘Post’ Pages. The categories that come up in Google are within each ‘post page’.

    Thanks for your reply.

As a follow-up I should mention that I’ve installed Elementor Slider. Initially, my categories were showing up above the images, but I managed to fix that. Not sure if the slider component is what’s causing the categories to show in the Google search.

Hope there’s an answer out there.
