In reply to: [Redirection for Contact Form 7] Update from 1.3.7 to 2.2.3 Breaks CF7 FormsHello. Should I have my own thread? I am not sure how to get this fixed. My techs have not moved forward to revert as they say it will require a staged website and time that clients must pay for. So, I really need to know when you will be releasing a fix for 2.2.4 that breaks the redirects (leaving no conversion data in Google Analytics for these websites for paid ads for days now). The 2 websites in which I have no redirects shown are cleanroomsupplies.com and eggersmannusa.com. Thankfully all other websites are on 2.2.3 or before 2.2 so that the redirects are workign.
There are annoying pop-ups for the Pro version that ask you if you want to “leave the page” like you are going to lose your updated when you close the advertising pop-up…so there is the capability to get the word out that things are not going well for some users. But, I received no such communications. Discovered the broken form redirects by accident. I submitted a request for support, then spent several hours trying to figure out what was wrong comparing various sites. The author states a roll-back is easy, but I have already had annoyed and confused website visitors and lost valuable analytics because of something I was unaware of and now have to wait 1-3 days for my techs to do the roll-back…most WordPress users are not super techie…so it is not easy or cheap to do the roll-back as many other plugins and themes have been updated so it must be tested on each site. The concern here is the lack of quality control and communication from the plugin developer when the advertising popup to buy the pro version makes it clear they can get the message out. “We expect you to change this review”…hmmmm…I am going to chock that up to perhaps English as a second language phrasing and assume you meant you “hope” or “anticipate”.

In reply to: [Redirection for Contact Form 7] Update from 1.3.7 to 2.2.3 Breaks CF7 Forms2.2.3 works for my websites (about 8) but 2.2.4 breaks the 2 that have upgraded…no redirects migrated for those 2 websites: cleanroomsupplies.com and eggersmannusa.com
these are 2 different themes with a large variety of plugins…the only 2 websites that have upgraded to 2.2.4 and both have no form redirects. Please advise.
Help! All my redirects on a several sites are missing redirects with version 2.2.4 of your plugin. On the websites that are still on 2.2.3 of your plugin show migrated redirects…but they are not enabled!!! So that is not cool, but at least they are still there. Please fix! Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Widget Logic] ver 0.57 doesn't seem compatible with Wodrpess 4.0Me, too. I have spent quite some time trying to figure this out because it was my first time using the plugin after the theme developer recommended it. Now I see that the plugin is only compatible to WP 3.9.2.
I have a static page set so am just trying to show a footer widget on home page using is_front_page(). As long as the widget logic field is blank, the widget displays on all pages. After adding is_front_page() or any shortcode, the widget disappears from all pages/posts. Using Widget Logic v.57 and WP 4.0. When will the plugin be made compatible with WP 4.0?

In reply to: Theme overriding custom Css in table options with TablePressThank you so much. It is much better now. You were right that the Data Table Options remained checked. I have been having browser issues so perhaps it did not save correctly. Now the only “tweak” that would be helpful is if the column headings centered on the column. Currently the column heading text aligns to the left. I tried a few things, but for some reason this is terribly challenging to me. If you have no other ideas for centering the headings, let me know and I will close this and just live with it. Thanks so much for your help.

In reply to: Theme overriding custom Css in table options with TablePressSorry I missed the image alignright suggestion the first time. That is done now and works great. Also, unchecked the “Use Data Tables” checkbox. In the table itself, I have span on all heading entries.
I have played around with the text-align and vertical-align in multiple ways as well as the width elements using % vs px. No matter what I change them to or where I place them, they make no difference. This is why I originally tried the additional of #main trying to override the theme. What I am trying to achieve in the cleanroom disinfectants table is:
- make the first column wider
- Make the remaining columns all the same width
- Make the table fit within the content area and not overlay the contact form’s submit button
- Have the column headings all align at the bottom of the heading row and in the middle of the column
Frontend CSS code below:
.tablepress tbody td { text-align: left; } .tablepress thead th { text-align: center; } .tablepress-id-31 thead span { -webkit-transform: rotate(-90deg); -moz-transform: rotate(-90deg); -ms-transform: rotate(-90deg); -o-transform: rotate(-90deg); filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(rotation=3); display: block; height: 70px; line-height: 85%; text-align: left; vertical-align: bottom; } .tablepress-id-31 thead th, .tablepress-id-31 tbody td { width: 35px; text-align: left; vertical-align: middle; border: 1px solid #cccccc; } .tablepress-id-31 .column-1 { width: 100px; }

In reply to: Theme overriding custom Css in table options with TablePressThanks for another quick response. The table is much closer than before! But, still a few problems:
- Checkmarks did not align,
- Columns 2-14 are not evenly sized
- Column headings appear to be one off to the left, i.e., the 2nd column heading overlays the 1st column; 3rd overlays 2nd; etc.
Here is the link again: clean room disinfectants. Here is the frontend tablepress code I now have:
.tablepress tbody td { text-align: center; } .tablepress thead th { text-align: center; } .tablepress-id-31 thead span { -webkit-transform: rotate(-90deg); -moz-transform: rotate(-90deg); -ms-transform: rotate(-90deg); -o-transform: rotate(-90deg); filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(rotation=3); display: block; height: 200px; text-align: center; vertical-align: bottom; } .tablepress-id-31 thead th, .tablepress-id-31 tbody td { width: 35px; vertical-align: middle; border: 1px solid #cccccc; } .tablepress-id-31 .column-1 { width: 80px; text-align: left; }

In reply to: Theme overriding custom Css in table options with TablePressAaack! Thought I did. It is the cleanroom disinfectants page. Thanks so much for your quick reply.
I am getting duplicate content on my blog archive pages. SEOmoz reports it, but Google Webmaster does not. So not sure if I have a problem or not.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] [Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Missing ALT tagsSince my last post 2 months ago, I had been thinking I was OK since the code is correct. however recently i realized that the image title= is included in the code for each image twice and is the title of the post, NOT the image title I entered. Even worse, the alt text is also the title of the post rather than what I am entering in the Yoast alt field. Please help as this is a big problem since I wish to state “Image Representing” on all my image alt text and right now that is impossible with the title and alt text code being populated with the post title. I am using Yoast 1.3.4.1, WordPress 3.4.1, Shepard theme.
