Looking around in the docs, it seems the admin is supposed to get an email when a new user signs up. This is acceptable but I am unable to test this because I can’t change my admin account email… lol.
Issue has been resolved. The maintainer hopped onto a Zoom call with me and coded the issue with the plugin live on the site. The issue was that the premium version was not handling my payment case; he added another check to the code for the above plugin and it’s working great.
