In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Remove sub tab parent slugHi rasmusse1,
BuddyPress enforces the rule that the very first sub-tab has the exact same slug as it’s parent, and that the parent’s contents is the contents of this very first sub-tab. The second sub-tab would get it’s own slug and show different content.
For instance, if you click the ‘Personal’ sub-tab of the main ‘Activity’ tab, it will have the slug ‘https://mysite.com/members/admin/activity/’ and will show the ‘Personal’ page. The second ‘Mentions’ sub-tab however will have the slug ‘https://mysite.com/members/admin/activity/mentions/’. The ‘Activity’ tab in this case never has it’s own individual content, and the same goes for your main tab page.
In case I missed a part of your problem, kindly attach a link to a screenshot where you’re having trouble.
Thanks,

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Pro version not workingThis is very strange and I really have no idea what’s going on. The very last thing I’d try is create a brand new menu in the WP menu editor and come back and select it from the settings page.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Pro version not workingThanks a lot for the screen shot.
This doesn’t seem to be a browser or Javascript issue at all. I am guessing you have another plugin that is in conflict with ours. As a last resort, would you please try deactivating all plugins and seeing if this fixes anything? If not, then kindly let us know and we’ll refund you the purchase immediately.
Thanks,

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Pro version not workingWhat browser are you using? Would you kindly try a different one? If anything strange is visible on the screen, it would be really helpful to us if you could post a screen shot link.
Thanks,

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Pro version not workingHi websuper,
So you aren’t able to re-arrange the tabs in our plugin’s settings page? If that’s the case, then please try the following:
1. Make sure the free version is uninstalled.
2. Make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser. Please rest assured that you’re eligible for a full refund in case the plugin doesn’t end up working the way you want.
Best regards,
TarekOh I really apologize I missed that.
The only remaining thing I could think of is that you’re using a non BuddyPress compatible theme in the community that’s not working. Would you please try with the standard theme that comes with the latest WordPress?
If this doesn’t work, then could you kindly share with us any major differences between the community where the plugin is working and the one where it isn’t?
Thanks again.
TarekHi jgavilan,
Are you sure you have permalinks enabled on your website?
Hi jgavialn,
Thank you very much for your message.
I believe there might be a plugin conflict in your second community. Would you please try deactivating all plugins and checking if that fixes the problem? Please rest assured that you’re eligible for a full refund in case we’re not able to get it working on your setup.
Best regards,

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] How Do I Change The Default Tab/Subtab?Hi,
The default tab is the very first tab, so using our Pro version, you can rearrange the tabs to make your desired tab the first one. If you don’t want the default tab to be the first one, you could alternatively checkout this article: https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/guides/change-members-profile-landing-tab/
Hope this helps.
TarekHi Victor,
No our plugin never touches .htaccess (or any other files for that matter). I am suspecting there is a conflict between our plugin and one of your other plugins. Would you please deactivate all plugins and only enable ours and see?
Best regards,
TarekHi bilzjkhan,
No that’s not the purpose of this plugin, but probably the best way to go about achieving this is via CSS.
Good luck!

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Pro version removes Groups on my siteHi Thomas,
I really have no idea why your Groups are disappearing, this is really strange and we’re not able to replicate it here. You are of course eligible for a full refund.
Please accept our apologies for all the inconvenience you’ve gone through.
