Tried with the steps provided but the billing name was included correctly in all tests.
Could you provide the link to your shop? This would help reproduce the issue and fix it.

Thank you, Anthony! Our plugin supports shortcodes, and we just updated our plugin description to include them.
To use the shortcode, first you need to find your form’s ID which is shown in the Overview section of the form you want to insert. Then use the shortcode like this: [sender-form id=”form_id”]

Wanted to note that from February 1st there has been changes across all email marketing tools. I can see that your domain is correctly set up on our system, is it correct set up and ready to use in mailersend as well?

When order is marked as on-hold, when it would be changed manually from woocomerce > orders > individual order panel to completed then it would be marked as completed and if set up the automation for product purchased this would be send.
Checking on your Sender profile, cannot find the product purchased automation, only found the abandoned cart which is currently not active.
The expected emails are been to be sent from sender or from mailersend?
