Thank you for all your help! I’ve resolved the issue with Bluehost!

I’m not familiar with www.remarpro.com. The company has only used WP to upload content. What do you mean by fresh install? and where would wp-config.php be located? And how do you turn it on?

There is no notepad icon in the public_html folder.

I did not find the file you mentioned in any of these subfolders

I noticed that several of these folders contains the same information

Whats the difference between public_ftp, public_html, tmp, www folders?

Underneath public_html there are several folders including wordpress, wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes etc. The wordpress folder is empty. Would this be the cause of the problem? Should I move the wp-folders into the wordpress folder?

I’ve emailed Bluehost support, but I have not received an answer. I have not been able to resolve the problem. Where would the .htacees file be located?

When I check bluehost for error messages i see a list of codes:

400 (bad request)
401 (authorization required)
403 (forbidden)
404 (not found)
500 (Internal server error)

etc.

I’m not sure what you meant by plan c. I can deactivate the plugins, but what do you mean by: was the the site used to work in current hosting?

the site worked fine prior to all these issues.

I’m still seeing this error message:

ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.

I uploaded the twenty thirteen folder to the themes folder. Now I can see the twentythirteen folder in with all the other theme folders. But I still can’t view anything on senatepress.net

Then what?

I just updated to the 3.6 version
