I just looked into the PHP extensions, openssl is present
I also run site on https protocol, which is working out fine.

Will try to reproduce the issue again and see if I can capture the logs.

I got this figured out. There is a corresponding field at the bottom of the PM settings.

Found another issue similar to the one I described above.
As you create Discussion in the project manager, it also throws you to the blank page with only “0” on it.

NVM, this is ID10t issue. I copied and pasted shortcodes into the page from another page that had them wrapped in tag.
