Hi Me To having the same issue.
If I add a new row and save it first, the data stays in the fields on second saving.
the above result is working but this is not an good way to add new records. and issue was not resolving kindly fix it and let me know the changes of codes because i used wpglobus plugin so many websites please do it soon.

download fresh file replace with wp-includes and wp-admin then try it it will work.

I am also using wordpress gallery plugin.
i added three albums and each album has 2 galleries but the gallery images are not displaying in compact album view.
