Seem to have fixed the issue – I discovered that the hide @replies setting was enabled in the Twitter widget settings page, but on the main widget page the drop down menu wouldn’t allow it to be enabled. Solved the problem by dragging it out of use, and then dragging it back into use, and it appears to be working now – so there’s a heads up in case anyone else is having the same issue!
