Have you tried to set up a blog page from the Readings Settings of the WordPress?

Please try to set the “Student lofts blog” as your Posts page from Reading settings.

accelerated-mobile-pages\pagebuilder\amp-page-builder.php
at line number 161:
from : require_once “functions.php”;
to : require_once AMP_PAGE_BUILDER.’functions.php’;

Please let us know as soon as you’ve tested this, It would be a great help.
