@dmwc there is a plugin called User Switching, which lets you switch into a users account – it adds a “switch to” under their name in the user list.

There’s a plugin called WP Rollback.

I had to delete the plugin through ftp to get the site working again, then I reinstalled Crontrol, but didn’t activate it.

Then I rolled it back and activated it.

I realized that there is navigation within the iframe, and if I grab the links from it they work – even when externally linked, which kind of surprised me – but seems like we’re all good.

Yes. We have a standard password reset page.

We’re trying to create a custom second one to help customers coming to the new site. (We migrated user accounts from their old, non-wp system but not passwords. )

It’s assigned to a different page. Can we assign it to multiple?

I would, but your website isn’t working. Home page works only, the rest are cloudflare error pages.
