You should ask the author about the header box shadow too, as it doesn’t match the one around the content box.

What I mean is, are going to the permalink page in the settings section and clicking on save again?

What is the full url of the incorrect page you are seeing?

Also, do you see the correct pages when you click the menu links and then return via the hone link?
