We have tracked a similar issue on changing featured images in posts. Once set, we can’t change the featured image, when pay for payment plugin is active. Media-modal opens, picture can be selected but it is not safed to featured image after inserting. We are using the latest WP 4.9.4 and WooCommerce Pay for Payment 2.0.7.
