Thank you. You opened my eyes to be pointed in right direction. To solve the problem.
.obj and .mtl files have not been on “allowed” list of files in IIS.
In IIS Manager for this site I put this two file name extensions into to the list of MIME Types as .obj ( txt/plain ).
And it works fine.
