You should contact each of their helpdesk if they didn’t release an update yet to be compatible with WP6.7. This is not related to Polylang.

The Warning is produced by one these plugins, which is trying to display something too early.

The column issue comes from Download Monitor 5.0. In DLM 4.9.14, I do not reproduce.
In both version the [downloads] does not filter download by language.

You said the uninstallation is impossible and there is no documentation. Our documentation is located at https://polylang.pro/doc/how-to-uninstall-polylang/ and this link has been sent to you last 11th of September along with additional information from me.
About our support, you contacted us 3 times in the last year in our Premium helpdesk. You had each time an appropriate answer within less than 2 hours or at the beginning of our opening hours. I personally answered you.

The latest WordPress version is 6.6.2, not 6.4.1.

That said, a blank page is often due to a PHP fatal error. You should enable WordPress debug, run into the error and send us the debulg.log It will help to know what’s wrong.
