Thank you for help, we got it. The problem was the jQuery Library file from the theme. With the WordPress jQuery file it work.

We noticed that the whole validation at woocommerce checkout no longer works, regardless of the payment method! If we continue without validation and fill everything out correctly, it continues, but with the error message from above. After that you can no longer change the payment method.

We have already turned off all other plugins and it won’t change unless we turn off the Klarna Checkout plugin.

OK I figured it out .. I updated all plugins just WPML not, because we had a lot of problems with it in the past. And damn it, that was the problem .. I guess because of the translation of taxonomies maybe, but I think we don’t translate them.. what ever it worked. Anyway many thanks to you and sorry for your time!

Yes “standplatz_tag01” is the right slug for the Posttype. Nope there is nothing filtering or something else in the Theme. On the Live environment everything works and I have load up the whole Theme of the Live to the Dev, but nothing has change. I think the only difference is the Updates of the Themes and the WordPress. On the Live Site is WP 5.9.3 and CPT UI 1.11.2. on the Dev WP 6.1.1 and CPT UI 1.13.4. I absolutely don’t understand it, it’s nothing special and I did something like this many times … :/

Hi Michael, Thank you for your answer. Yes I think the same, but even more it makes no sense for me. I have build a basic loop in an clear template enviroment and I have the same problem. But more strange I clicked a “Test” taxonomy together and add two “Test Terms” to the posts and the problem is the same. Here you find two screens, one of the quick code and the result and the “Test” taxonomy result. Can you check the code for me? Any idea? Thank you very much!

I’ve done the steps but I think the error not appear in the file. I tried it many times but just this two steps appear:

I think this has nothing to do with the problem. It was just commented out code. I deleted it, but nothing changed.

Ok I disabled all the plugins, but it still not work. ??

Then in a another test system where I use the same Theme and were also the issue occurs. I updated everything and I change the Theme to 2021 and I disable all plugins except of woocommerce and pw woocommerce gift cards. But it still not work. Very strange, how could that be?

Thank you for your answer. Sorry but to add a new database on our website is no option for us at the moment, because the customer had start to add content. Now it is a bit to tricky to tinker on the database. So if you don’t have another option I think regrettably we have to use another plugin.

Thank you for your help. Sadly it still does not work. I deactivate the plugin and delete the table “giftvouchers_setting”. Then I tried to deal all tables of “giftvoucher”, but nothing. The strange thing is that the AGB field still contains my content after cleaning the tables and reactivation.

I don’t know what’s the problem, we use the plugin in many project and it works great.

@gravid7 all data was copy / past from another project where I use the plugin, just the company name and that has no special character, but I also checked the other fields, it seams all alright.

@codemenschen I installed the plugin freshly and I delete and re-installed it yesterday and today, but nothing change. I guess I have to clean up the database or something like this? Because the AGB field are still filled. The plugin saved some fields, but not all, especially the required field.

Well in the past I had an project with a lot of images and there I had some problems with different use cases of the files in the mediathek.

Now I have again a project with a lot of images and I facing difference problems with a search and filter plugin. I worked a lot with taxonomies to filter and display the images. The developer of the plugin told me I should use a Custom Post Type and should cross link the images, but this is very uncomfortable work flow for our customer in the end. I think I found now a way which works for us, but if there would be a Custom Post Type with the functionalities of the Mediathek it would more easier and more comfortable.
