We are sorry to know you faced this issues with your app. You are right, it is caused by the latest privacy changes in the Firefox browser, in particular, by the Enhanced tracking protection feature. This feature blocks our app main script because it sets non-essential cookies.
?
As a temporary solution, it is possible to show our widgets correctly on Firefox disabling this feature.On our side, we are already looking for the ways to make sure the app isn’t blocked in Firefox and contacting services to make our scripts available when the Enhanced tracking protection feature is enabled, I hope it will be fixed in future updates.

Please let me explain that when copying files and databases, the test copy will use the same API keys as on the live site. To fix the issue, please do the following:- Connect to the database of your test store.
- Run the following SQL request:
TRUNCATE wp_wc_se_settings;
3. Initiate a new connection by opening the app’s admin panel and starting re-indexation. This will create a new API-key.
4. Initiate a manual re-indexation in your live store to fix any broken links.

Unfortunately, there is no such built-in functionality in our plugin. To be able to get the vendors data, we would need to develop a proper code integration, which seems fairly complicated according to the Dokan Lite documentation. Sadly, we can’t afford it at the moment due to the development team being loaded by tasks in the product roadmap. However, developing such an integration may be possible in the future in case we get enough requests for adding such functionality from our merchants. We’ve got a feature request posted and will make sure to properly track the progress.

When you use our filters, in fact, you are using our Search results widget i.e. our design of both filters and product grid. We’re sorry to see it doesn’t work for you. The good news is we can help you make the customization so the design of our Search results widget for both search results pages and category pages matches your store design. Then, the design will stay even after the plugin is updated further.

Please note that the Searchanise plugin is compatible with HPOS. The feature is released in the Searchanise 1.0.15 version. Please upgrade the plugin in case you use 1.0.14 or earlier to make the plugin compatible with HPOS.
