Thank you very much for responding.. All plugins were turned off. I changed themes, still not loading correctly. Plugin is updated. The plugin had been working great site was 85% finished and then it broke.

UPDATE: I created a child-theme per timely website:

I have gone through the following TWIG files:
event-popup
event-single
I have removed or changed any reference to “Tickets” and replaced with “Register” saved in theme options, per instructions, and still the “Tickets” shows up on the drop down events on Monthly Calendar view. If anyone has experience with this I would greatly appreciate the help

The plugin mentioned above did not work to change the button text. Does anyone have a PHP snippet or CSS that would allow this minor change?

@rrias if by banner images you are talking about the preset “banner” in page set up, I too had trouble with that for a while. If you have a Mac, I found the easiest way to resize images specifically for the “banner” setting–better than even adjusting them in Photoshop–is the 16:9 crop setting in Photos 1.0.1

As far as the text, unless its attached to the image like in Photoshop, I don’t know.. I have found that it is better if the image is slightly smaller than too big.

Also, check your image settings in “Settings/Media” in the WP dashboard. I hope this helps

Ive been using it on my site for two years now. I have toggled on/off all of the plugins. So I do not think it has anything to do with them. I have never seen this before so I did not know what to make of it. My site otherwise is running fine. I just needed to make a footer tweak that I always do after updating–nagging little thing I can’t seem to make stick in the child theme.

Thank you for your time. Just to be clear, the ability to access the “Editor” via “Appearances” to gain access to your functions.php files is still available in 4.7?

Thank you for your response.. Everything is updated, I have back-ups of both the database and my site/content. All that is left to try is to click on “Migrate Theme Settings”.. I have never seen this before. One option says:

“Import settings from the parent theme
Use this tool to migrate your existing settings from the parent theme to your child theme.

Note that in doing this, your database will be modified. Any existing settings that have already been configured for the current theme will be overwritten.”

The Other:

“Restore previous theme settings

Use this tool to restore settings that were previously overwritten when importing parent theme settings.

Note that in doing this, your database will be modified. Any existing settings that have already been configured for the current theme will be overwritten.”

Hey this is still an issue for me… Has anyone seen a fix? I read the following support links and added a plugin for the default wordpress email but it hasn’t fix the issue. Thanks

Hi everyone, I am not sure if this will help. Its not a direct fix to this problem but a work around I have come up with is to place a link on the teaser content page to the membership or members login page–which ever you decide. Then have that link open a new tab. then after login they can simply go back to the teaser tab… Again not perfect by may help.

Thank you for your quick response. I believe that the error was in my setup of the exclusions. The plugin stopped tracking after I entered my IP, I think I may have inadvertently excluded all others. I have removed that before my initial post an purged the visits database, after I exported the numbers via CSV. It seems to be tracking things now. Thank you for the heads up to the historical feature, that is a great feature. Thanks for your plugin and your hard work..

I had the exclusion tracking on and it did show hits to the site.

Is there a way to put data back into the totals? Before I purged the data I exported it via CSV. I would like to have the total # of visitors to be listed in the plugin.
