I am using below plugins for this booking.
WooCommerce
WooCommerce Bookings
Gravity Forms

At booking page, user will be selecting date, time and services as shown in the picture below. Where the list of services are from Gravity Form.
Once user click on next button, they will be redirected to Checkout Page where is displaying the selected services in bulleted list as shown in picture below.
However, once go to thank you page, the selected services are lumped together and it is hard to read.

I am puzzled and not sure what is causing this?

Thank you for your fast response. Below are the links to screen shot of my current setting for Woo Custom Fee and also the what is showing up at Woocommerce check out page.

The Transport Fee ($65) is not showing up although the total order value is only $35 (which is lower than my setting $50)

Thank you for your quick response. After updated to version 1.5. Fix Amount is not added even the order is below cart amount that I set (50).
