In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Show Availability Date on Product PageHi
Thanks for clarifying!
The product pages in WooCommerce don’t show the dates by default, you would need to add some custom code to accomplish this. This type of customization is not within the scope of our support policy.
With that said, please see the following links for examples of how this can be achieved:
https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-show-product-published-date/
It could also be accomplished by modifying the product page template to include a shortcode: https://woocommerce.com/document/allow-shortcodes-in-product-excerpts/
I hope this is helpful!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Not Syncing and website page is blankHi @dazsmodels,
Thanks for confirming the plugin is up to date.
`Sadly i think i have to go to an alternative plugin as there are to many things that is causing issues.
Postage did sync but clearly bot well enough as i had to contact google and set it all up by hand.
Also for what ever reason despite ean and mpn being inputted correctly on WooCommerce side on google merchant center side it has no idea what the ean and mpn is and wants me spend further hours and hours filling it in again.
If i am to do that what possible gain do i have using the plugin as google are now telling me to get anothet plugin to do another feed.
Its annoying really i genuinely thought having this plugin would ens my troubles.`
I totally understand your frustration with this plugin, you’ve been battling with it for a while now.
Please go to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ and open a new ticket, please reference Ticket #5588026, and link to this forum thread as well.
Thanks!
Do you have logging enabled? If so please proceed to step 2. If not:
1) Go to Marketing > Facebook > enable “Log plugin events for debugging” and then go back to the “Product Sync” (Tab) and click “Sync products”. Allow this to run for a while.
2) Next, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, check the dropdown for a log labelled facebook_for_woocommerce, then copy and share it in your response.
Thanks!
Hi @takexo,
I’d like to take a look at your admin section. Please go to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ and create a new ticket, please reference this forum post.
In your ticket, please supply a QuickForget link as outlined below:
?Head to Users > Add New and enter “woologin” for the user name and “[email protected]” for the email address. Be sure to set the role to Administrator then copy the password and click “Add New User” as on the screenshot – https://d.pr/i/pslYE8
?
Next, for security purposes, use our QuickForget tool (https://quickforget.com) and paste your site login URL and password into “The secret is…” field. Select “Save my secret” to get a URL you can then share with us – https://d.pr/i/t6bhkD Please do not send the password to us directly in the chat window.

In reply to: [Len Slider] [LenSlider] Homepage link goes to attachment instead of pageHi Igor,
Sorry, I meant I was working locally on my computer before uploading to a server.
Yes, the second part is what I meant.
My workaround was to create new pages with a slightly different name that the %ls_title% title.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Len Slider] [LenSlider] Homepage link goes to attachment instead of pageI’ve figured out that if the slider title link is the same as the page title, the slider creates an attachment page which writes over it.
I’m not sure if it’s a bug, or my coding…

I think I found an even better solution, find a plugin which works!
Hi there,
I was having the same problem, you need to go into your privacy settings:

If you are too private, it even hides you from your api.Great plugin by the way!
