I did the exact steps, but the error remains.

1. Go to Jetpack in your site’s dashboard.
2. Disconnect from Jetpack if it says that you are connected on the Jetpack page.
3. Deactivate Jetpack on your Plugins page
4. Install and activate this plugin to remove the Jetpack data from your database: https://github.com/automattic/jetpack-addons/archive/add/jp-rm-options.zip
5. Check to make sure this plugin is now deactivated and deleted from your site, since it performed its job.
6. Check to see if the options are removed from the database.

Latest version 2.15.5 of the Pro resolves the issue.

I can confirm that both the patch by PDF invoices and Packing slips and the patch offered on Jetpack resolved the error in my case.

The primary Thread is not resolved ! The issue remains the same on 12.7. Only reverting back to 12.5 resolved the issue.

Jetpack version 12.7 did not resolve the issue. Problem is still the same. Reverting back to 12.5 removes the error.

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. Reason: empty access key” same error here. Jet pack 12.6.2 was released today. This solves the “undefined array” problem. But the error with permissions remains.. so back to 12.5

Unfortunattely, this error is with the 6.0 version.

I can confirm that the category filtering works fine !

However i added size filtering, tested with 1 product but filtering does not work.

So size and color do not filter… category does filter..

Hello, I downgraded to 3.4.2 (not database) and this had no succces.

I also created a new color (testcolor) but no succes. It didn’t filter correctly.

When i disable color, reenable, it doesn’t make a difference..

I’m very scared to downgrade to a previous version as the database had been altered..

No, nothing changed besided the upgrade for woocommerce. Since then the filter stopped working. The price slider has also always been there. I’ve just tested it with disabling it, but the result is the same, the color filter is not working anymore.

Product are not setup as variable products. The option in admin is set to ‘no’ and I can not change it as I don’t have the premium version.

I also can not set it to “display on product page” as this option is greyed out as I don’t have a premium version.

I have the same shm_must_be_open error when using PHP 7. When reverting back to PHP 5.6 the error is not present.
