Thank you for the help. Please forgive me as I ask a couple of questions that show how much I don’t know. I have only accessed the dashboard through the login, so I don’t know the FTP address. Is there a way I should be able to figure out the ftp address based on the domain name? Don’t I have to be able to get to the dashboard to get to the cPanel file manager?
