You have to use the default permalinks setting but you can use the custom permalinks plugin as a work around.

This is a great plugin and it works great with some coding changes. I think Gary needs to make it a paid plugin and maybe we can get him back. Until then I have been doing my own coding to the plugin for over a year and everything is working perfect so far.

It only works with the default permalinks. Install the permalinks plugin and then rename you pages and posts.

Go to Jobs Manager/Settings/Display Setting and scroll down to Job List Template.

Copy and save this files before editing.

Now play with editing the short code.

I have just playing with this plugin for a few days but got the jobs page to show the way I like it on a test site.
