I fixed it. The state was not set to “mandatory” in Settings > Store. Thanks so much!

It’s fixed. It was a server php problem.

Esmi, I downloaded all the files from the live server to my computer and then uploaded them to the new host’s cpanel > file manager. Same with .sql file. I imported the .sql file into the new db I created and changed the config file.

No. I’m pretty sure it is theme-specific. Any ideas? It works fine live. It’s just this temporary site. Maybe I’m getting the warning b/c it’s temporary? Haven’t changed the nameservers. Won’t change those until it’s right of course.
