In reply to: [Redirection] Cached Redirection detectedUsing incognito (Chrome) and another browser (FF) worked. We can now see the redirects.
We tried incognito yesterday and it didn’t work. The only thing we’ve changed is the JS file so that changing that file worked.
We noticed that the read.me and redirection.php files are 5.4.1. We didn’t overwirte them. Is that a problem?
Are there any other files we need to overwrite?

In reply to: [Redirection] Cached Redirection detectedWe replaced the whole directory and just the JS file and we are still getting the error.
When we replaced the whole directory, the redirects no longer worked. But when we replaced the JS file only, the redirects worked.
We checked the JS file on the server and it is now 5.4.2
We also looked at the redirection.php file on the server and it’s Version: 5.4.1. Do we need to replace that too? And any other files?
What’s next?

In reply to: [Redirection] Cached Redirection detectedWe checked the JS file via sFTP and it says 5.4.1 but the plugin version in > WP admin > plugins shows 5.4.2.

Plugin version: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/y9lwohdanv3fke3n1rtp9/redirection-plugin-version.png?rlkey=rvw6esvy3d3cnbdmpxkibtbi3&dl=0
We checked the JS file version in the current download on WP.org and it’s 5.4.2.
Why does the plugin show 5.4.2 yet the JS file is 5.4.1? And why is it not updating?
Also, just a reminder, we can’t get into the admin screen so we can’t import/export and we don’t want to lose the settings and redirections.
Thanks so much! That worked.

In reply to: [Category Ajax Filter] Order of postsIt’s interesting that yours sorts by oldest first. Our free version sorts alphabetically.
Thanks for the reply. I figured out the issue and fixed it. Are you asking me to update and make sure there’s no additional issues?
Looks like the Permalink was set to something different during update. The permalink setting needed to be set back to default and now it appears to be working.

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirection conflict?Okay, thank you.
Besides this, have you guys found issues with this plugin and the new WP 5.5 version? It seems like this error has been going on since last year but my client’s cart was working fine before the update but it started getting the error after updating to the newest WP version.

Yes, it sounds like it. Thanks. I just changed the shipping method back to PayPal instead of PayPal checkout and it should be working again.
It seems like the bug has been for a year or more.
Thanks for your help and quick reply!
And typo correction above: “doesn’t” not “don’t” :). I was typing fast!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookies page not generatingI believe we only use the classic editor. We have a classic editor plug-in installed. So I don’t think this page ever saw the light of the Gutenberg editor :-).
You know, I don’t remember if it originally had text or just didn’t update.
Gosh, I hope that helps. Thanks for yours.

In reply to: Updates indicator totally wrong@hudsonvalleywebdesign, I don’t think this has to do with the theme. I was giving that info. But maybe….thanks for plugin suggestion.
@joy, I’d love to hear more….do you have a link? Not sure what you mean by that.
Thanks much!
