Going to guess this plugin has been abandoned…

Having the same problem as well. Could not login at all after updating Jetpack yesterday. Kept being presented with the “prove your humanity” option and it was only by deleting the plugin via FTP that I could get back in. Bit frustrating!

With regards to restoring images, I since spotted that the option is only available when viewing the media library in a list order, rather than grid.

Also, I think it would be wise if you provided an option to bulk restore images, rather than having to do them one by one, or through cPanel etc. It’s not very user friendly.

And then it got stuck on six images remaining for a good 30 minutes. So I cancelled and resumed, only to be told there are 86 images still needing to be compressed!

As an aside to all this, you state in the FAQ that if a user wants to restore their original images that they “hit Restore backup in the Media Library”

Am I going blind, but I don’t see that option?

And now the bottom widget has been removed from 1.8.1 and typography changed to something rather ghastly.

Why?

Found the issue: Fitvids.

Once I removed that the fonts appeared as normal in Chrome on a Chromebook/Linux and the latest version for Android (which it didn’t before).

Since fixed it. It was w3TC that was causing the problem.

I have made all the necessary amendments to the single.php file, the errors previously mentioned appear under the ‘bookmarks’ section in the hatom-feed.

I can’t for the life of me find out which bit this relates to and what else requires editing.

Having the same problems here.

Error: Missing required field “entry-title”.
Error: Missing required field “updated”.
Error: Missing required hCard “author”.

Acknowledgement or a possible fix for the problem would be nice.

Yes, and the problem still persists.

I’ve had to de-active W3TC due to this very problem (well, that and minifaction not working, either).

And with regards to the above: I don’t have page cache debugging enabled.

Receiving the same problem here, and variations of it as well. No problems with previous versions of the plugin.
