Ideally – it would be great if it was flexible (ie. enter in a php date format like: ‘n/j/y’) – but for the specific use I wanted this for, a date format like this: 10/31/11
Thanks for your reply! (And thank you for the wp-table-reloaded plugin! It’s a great piece of work!!)

In reply to: Creating a custom widget that uses TinymceSo just an update on this – hoping someone can come up with a better solution. I’ve added the “add/remove” editor function in tinymce – I can make the changes in the wysiwyg view, click the link to “remove the editor” so it shows all the HTML in the textarea, THEN save the widget – it saves it no problem, AND it lets me click the link to “show editor” again. There’s got to be a way to run that behind the scenes and/or be able to grab the html tinymce is creating… but at least I have a temporary workaround…

In reply to: Can’t set URL for images in GallerySort of – If I remember correctly, what I figured out was that the size and link url are for putting individual photos in your post/page. NOT for use with the gallery.
Using the built in gallery feature – it kind of has a mind of it’s own and there’s not a lot of tweaking you can do with it unfortunately.
There are some other gallery type plugins that will probably do what I had wanted to… but the built in thing just doesn’t really cut it for me…
(Someone correct me if I”m wrong – this is going back a few months now so my memory is fuzzy)

In reply to: Search Problems – need help diagnosingI got a variation of your workaround that did the trick. I have a thread on my own site here about it:

Some interesting thoughts in the comments too. I’m done with that project now – but should I have to work on it again, I’m going to be pursuing the issue some more…Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: [REQUEST] Handeling comments on a seperate pageI know this request was posted quite some time back, but I have a solution for this. I posted it here on my blog:

In reply to: Can’t set URL for images in GalleryJust an additional note – Clicking “none” or Clicking “post url” – and then clicking save changes – it doesn’t save that either

In reply to: Admin interface serving blank page after upgradeSo I have a question – (since I am STILL not able to upgrade that site to WP 2.5) according to the requirements page – it says PHP 4 is still ok – but I’m getting suspicious that maybe 2.5 now requires PHP 5? Does anyone know?
