Thank you Themehall. The fix you suggested worked and the plugin is now responding to mobile screens.

Now the fixed update you have submitted should help everybody else using the Custom Theme too.

My problem I had with NextGEN plugin has been fixed. Themehall looked at the code in the style.css file for the Custom Theme and shared a fix with me. Now they have submitted a fixed update that should help it work for everybody.

Many thanks to NextGEN and Themehall for looking at my problem and sharing their insights.

I think that did it. I used Firefox using its responsive design view after the change. I looked at a few different pages with the slideshow viewer open. It seems to be responding correctly!

I knew it had to work. I think every other theme I’ve looked at, that plug-in worked. I’m glad you fixed it for anybody that might like to try this theme.
