The changes are extensive, pretty much a new site. I’m going to use Backup Buddy to just archive the staging site and replace the live site.

Any concerns I should look for in doing it this way?

You were correct that it was a server issue. I’ve contacted my hosting and they fixed the issues. I appreciate your response.

I fixed it. What I did was make sure that under

Dashboard > Settings > WordPress Address (URL)

and

Dashboard > Settings > Site Address (URL)

were both the same URL (One had www. and the other did not. I changed them both to without the www. and the plugin works fine.)
