ok, I seem to have licked the problem: Turns out when using my FTP Client, Captain FTP, something gets lost in the shuffle.

I tried using the built-in FTP client from BBEdit and it works fine. Not sure why, but the problems seems to be over.

I have activated the theme so you can view the CSS if you have the Firefox extension, or some other means for viewing CSS files. Let me know if you need a direct link.

I am using Dreamweaver to edit the CSS. Like I said, it works fine, but the theme name and info are screwed up. I also tried BBEdit, but the same problems persist.

The Theme info is in fact within the /* and */

The question mark symbols are actually bullets. I changed them to @ symbols but this did not fix the problem. I use them in the code to keep myself organised whenever there is a new section of styles eg, for the header, the footer.
