Thanks for your help, I am going to enable PP Express, I just didn’t realize I needed to. I did notice that the PP standard was giving me the same issue.

Has support for this plugin stopped? I noticed that the plugin’s page says it has not been tested in 4.01

All the forms are actually on different sections in the website, there is only ever one form visible on the page at a time, so that the form would only ever be submitted on that page.

The main search is on the front page, the other search forms are basically for the convenience of the user, so they don’t have to go back to the front page to do another search.

would that still cause a conflict?

Yes I have WP Super Cache installed, but no other plugin that uses a registration form. I checked the site today and it looks like the registration fields are now as I set them. So I guess it was just a caching issue?

As a side note I also updated WordPress to 4.0 last night, perhaps the update cleared the cache?

Either way it seems to have resolved itself :]
