Bump and a refinement of the question:

So if I “Exclude” Categories and Tags in the Exclude Taxonomies in the sitemap but set “Noindex Follow” for robots.txt, will Google still act on the “Follow” in Robots.txt or does the Exclude over ride noindex follow?

Or do they even interelate/interact at all?
