Hello,
Thank you for your response. I see that is a very cool way to get a count down timer to count UP! ??I was reading through the help sections and I think my problem is the “Enable Progress” under the Progress Bar settings. I think this is what I was asking and now I see that it is a pro option.
I did not see that option before, when I asked my question. Thank you for taking time to look at my problem and try to help me.
Yes. ??
Like in your screen shot: https://ps.w.org/countdown-builder/assets/screenshot-6.png?rev=1845953
In my example above, if I create a 180 day time after 90 days have passed, I feel like it should show half way there, like the 24 seconds out of 60 seconds in your pictures.
Don’t know how I missed the box that said, “allow users to be assigned more than a single role”, under Member settings…. but I did.
Thanks for a great plugin!

In reply to: [Simple Links] display in columnsAfter playing with it a bunch, I’m sticking with 2-columns for now.
It shows up pretty clean at most screen resolutions. It’s a little messed up on cell phones, but I’m ok with that.
Plus, I’m showing images and they shrink much better from 2-column to cell phone size.I added some more CSS to increase the separation between each item slighly and added borders to the left side only to help set each item off and I think it looks pretty good.
Still curious about the messed up columns when going with more than 2, but it’s not urgent.
Thanks for this plugin!

In reply to: [Simple Links] display in columnsThanks Mat!
I’m sorry I didn’t find that on my own, I should have looked harder.2 more Questions?
(1) Is there a way to keep theme updates from breaking this?
(2) When I put that code in it makes 3 columns, but not cleanly. Every couple of rows there is one or two links on their own row, right justified.
If I change the screen resolution the odd link (or two) changes. At one resolution it might be the 4th link on it’s own row and at a different resolution it might be the 13th link on it’s own row.
If I make the simple-list-item width over 50% it shows 2 columns cleanly, there are no strange links. If I make it under 25, it is 4 columns but again, not cleanly.
I thought I solved this the first time I set up the links but once again… I don’t recall what I did.
Any thoughts?

In reply to: [Private groups] Member can see different group topicsThank you for the fast response! It seems to work fine.
Also using method 1 to show the forums (page slug is “forums”) also prevents users from viewing forums that they do not have access to.Thanks!
