I’ve been through everything. Just set this website up. Very basic as I’m trying to put my website together.
Alliance theme. Nothing additional for avatars or anything.
The user pics show up everywhere other than the messages plugin.
BuddyPress. It came bundled with your plugin and the theme.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Post Emails RandomOn the last issue (wrong email), I redid everything and tested and that seems to be working now. So disregard that and I’ll bring it back up if it happens again.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Post Emails RandomHere is more…
I posted a new news post this morning. It didn’t send immediately as it is setup. After about 30 minutes, I finally got the e-mail notification. However, it sent it using the wrong email!
I have a category, list, and e-mail notification setup for three different uses. My post was for my “INTERNAL: Partners” list/category. As you can see in the screenshots, everything is setup correctly. But, the last screenshot shows what I actually received — which it used the “Administration” email. I have no idea if the e-mails that sent went to the Admin list or to the Partners list. But I checked everything and it’s all setup correctly for each email notification.
You can also see it’s set to send “immediately” which worked a few times in testing last week because when it did send, I got it within a few minutes. This test took nearly 30 minutes. The server cron is set for 2 minutes.
There is definitely something wrong here.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Post Emails RandomI have it set to send emails immediately. I started with the default WordPress cron, which worked sometimes and didn’t work sometimes.
In trying to fix the issue, I switched to a server cron every 2 minutes. Again, it sends sometimes and other times never does. There isn’t any logic to it that I can see. It’s not just one category or list, for example. It’s random.
All posts are immediately published.
I don’t understand your question about ‘notifications as normal posts?’
I’m using my own email server. It’s setup correctly. I always use my own server and all other plugins I have that send e-mail notifications are working perfectly.
The emails are setup correctly in your plugin. I know this because they do send sometimes. But again, it’s a total guess if it will send or not.
I can create a new post and the e-mails never send. After 30 minutes, I can delete the post and create a new one (copy/paste the content and duplicate the original deleted post), then it will send. How is that possible? This proves everything is setup correctly because it does work sometimes.I’m having the same issue. Some expire and others don’t. I don’t see what the issue could be?

In reply to: [Survey Maker] Slider Font/ColorThank you, but this only solves the font size issue. What about the color? I can’t change the color using the color fields, because it impacts the entire survey. I need this font in the slider to be white. But setting that for the survey makes all text white on a white background, which looks blank. There must be a way to set the slider font only to white.

In reply to: [Survey Maker] Font Sizes Not WorkingI’ve changed other settings, colors, fonts on this page. They all seem to save fine. It’s just the question styles font size and question styles font size on mobile fields that don’t save and revert back to “16” every time.

In reply to: [Survey Maker] Survey Isn’t Saving ProperlyNow I found that another section did save my question, but I had it set to a ‘yes or no’ answer, but now it’s a blank set of answers like it’s newly created.
