Hmmmm, I’m not keen on that, no. I’m picturing my customers emailing in with screenshots from their inbox: “Google Search Console: New Issues Prevent Your Site From Being Indexed” followed by a laundry list of author archive 404s.

I found this file in Github, but there seems to be no way to hook in and filter the icon list? Is that right? That would be surprising and disappointing.

I tried searching the docs site, but it’s a cumbersome thing to search for because any term like “social, “share”, etc has lots of results. I didn’t find an answer there.

I understand general WordPress enqueueing. What I don’t understand is how developers are expected to know that the wp-data script is a dependency for using the wp.data module.
