I have checked and the dimensions are:

It is a screenshot of a website I am talking about on my blog…I also looked at the filename and it was a little long so I shortened it and reuploaded it. I have cleared all caches and still not showing.

The file format is .png.

Is there anything else I should check?

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I no longer have the website… ie can’t afford to pay for it…

My hoster has already done all of this and discovered it was your app that was causing the problem, I asked them first as they do a WP optimized cloud server so checked to make sure it was not them first. ??

I noticed that… thank god someone came up with a way to get back to classic widget… ??

I just happened to be changing theme at the time! so had to find the resolution to the problem.. ?? Typical!

So I go to my website and go to take out the text widget and put in yours to do the screenshot… and would you believe it…it works!!!!

I have made it work by using the shortcode but the MailPoet widget is still not working… ??
