Good Call. Was using PayPal Express Checkout for WooComemrce by Angeleye. I turned that off, moved to the default PP Standard, and it works.

I should point out in the first problem, the cart contents updates on refresh – but this doesn’t help solve the ‘confusion’ situation. My customers know they get a discount if they order in bulk, why is the cart contents not reflecting this? < Customer POV.

I am also having the same problem and will be a make/break thing for me to continue to use this plugin. Below is what I posted in a ‘chat’ request:

Hello. I just purchased All Discounts PRO and I have two problems.

    1. I have a rule set up so that 3 or more items in the same category get added to the cart, it applies a 20% discount. However, when you add these items to the cart, the cart logo in the upper right hand does not change. It says 3/60 when it should say 3/48. However, if I click on the cart icon in the top right, it then shows 3/48 in the cart page. Why is this? This can be very confusing to customers who are told about the discount.

    2. The checkout page does not reflect the discount line item anywhere. Again, the customers know they are getting a discount obviously, but this could greatly hurt future customers if they don’t see that the $48 is a discounted price for buying in bulk, and the retail is $60 without it.

I am using AccessPress Store theme, and have also tried Shopper. They both are doing this.

Welp, after 6 hours I give up. 4.7 works..later versions don’t and IDK what changed with CF7 to be causing errors on a 0 plugin site using default themes. Something must of changed with how file uploads work because that is the only time the spinning circle happens (normal forms submit fine).

My only fix is to go back to 4.7 unless the author can throw up what was changed. Hopefully he can offer guidance.

The above is from Dev Controls in chrome . Though I am not savy enough to understand what is happening for this to occur.

EDIT: Theme was Twenty Seventeen – not sure where I was getting eleven from ??

I have also tried AccessPress and Shopper themes with no go.

I even switched to Shopper Theme, deactivated literally all plugins except Contact Form 7, and still the File Upload is giving me a spinning circle. At this moment I have no idea what could be causing this.

Hi Neil. Thanks for the reply. One thing that I forgot to mention is that I am getting emails even though I am getting the infinite spinning circle. Here has been my triage:

    1. I switched to a default WP theme (Twenty Eleven) and tried it again, didn’t work.

    2. Deactivated all plugins temporarily again, didn’t work.

However, I did discover something. Contact Form 7 only gives me the infinite spinning circle when a customer uses the file upload option (which I was using during all my tests as this will be a big need for us). When you don’t upload a file, it works flawlessly. To note I still get the file through the email..just the spinning circle remains.

Any ideas on why this function would reveal an infinite spinning circle?

I have discovered the issue/bug. When I add the items from the product page, it says “You have added the items!” and the cart logo in the upper right hand corner says 3/$60.00. However, when I click on the cart to go to the mini cart page, it then changes the price to show $48.00 instead of $60.00 both in the mini cart, and in the cart logo in the upper right hand corner.

Thanks Lorro! It seems it is definitely better now. I need to figure out how I can edit the FF plugin so it displays in the same style as the ‘Color’ drop down menu. I think I need to go into the individual files to find out where the tables are generating and assign different values?

Thanks lorro, but its my inability to find out ‘where’ to post that code that is the issue ?? Im gonna buy a guy at work lunch for a day or two to help me get it goin. He at least has experience with CSS…mine is SO basic ??

Lorro – again big thanks! This plugin DOES do what I want it to do! Problem is there seems to be some CSS issues now, that I may need to find someone to look at.

For reference. I like where the placement is, but I am not near confident enough in my CSS to begin looking for the resolution here.

Hey Lorro – wanted to drop a thank you. The Extra Product Option may be the best bet for our specific ask. I have an inquiry into their sales team as the free version doesn’t allow me to adjust the price based on selection, but if it does for sure, that will solve our ultimate problem. I can live with making 18 variations only so the thumbnail can change ?? That is important for my mom.

Again – thank you all for the guidance and support!

Thanks Seank for your guidance. I have created the variations, but I was trying to get away from having to create variations for every single color available.

Is there a way to have the product image change JUST on color selection, and have like a ‘master’ variation that will change the price for the XL and XXL’s? 18 colors x 3 price variations is a lot to do per product.
